Moreover, we support the principles in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the UN Global Compact. We are proud to be a company that operates with transparency, fairness, and responsibility, and will continue to uphold these principles in all that we do.

Employee policies

Employee policies are critical to maintaining a culture of transparency and integrity, and to protecting Ambarella’s employees and customers. Our whistleblower policy provides a confidential reporting mechanism for employees who observe any wrongdoing, including unethical or illegal behavior. We encourage and support our employees in reporting any concerns or suspicions, and we take appropriate action to address any issues, without retribution to those that report concerns. Our insider-trading policy ensures that our employees are aware of their legal obligations and responsibilities with regard to using confidential information in securities trading.

Supplier Code of Conduct

A strong code of conduct governing our supply chain is critical to maintaining Ambarella’s commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. We understand that our suppliers and vendors play a crucial role in our ESG performance, and we hold them to the same high standards that we hold ourselves.
